Thermal Hysteresis
Thermal hysteresis is the phenomenon where a material’s properties, such as its output or resistance, differ when it is heated and then cooled compared to when it is cooled and then heated. In pressure measurement, it refers to the difference in output between increasing and decreasing temperature cycles for a constant pressure input.
