  • Warranty Coverage

At Hogller, we are dedicated to providing high-quality pressure transmitters that meet and exceed industry standards. We stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of our products, and to ensure your confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty:

1-1.Warranty Duration: The warranty for our pressure transmitters is as follows:

  • Product Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • After-Sales Service: 18 Months from the date of shipment.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and it guarantees that the product will be free from such defects during the warranty period. In the event of defects, we are committed to providing you with a free refund or replacement.

If a pressure transmitter fails to meet this warranty, the Company will repair or replace the product at its option, free of charge, except for transportation costs.

  • Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse and negligence.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Products that have been used for other than their intended purpose.
  • Products damaged due to pressures exceeding their specified limits
  • Products not purchased directly from Hogller or an authorized distributor.
  • How to Claim a Warranty

If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, here’s how to initiate a warranty claim:

To start the warranty claim process, please get in touch with our dedicated customer service team at sales@hogller.com  providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
Please make sure to include “Warranty” in the subject line of your email.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Your name, address, and contact information.
  • The date of purchase of the pressure transmitter.
  • A copy of the original receipt or invoice.
  • A description of the problem with the pressure transmitter.

Once you have provided this information, the Company will review your claim and determine the best course of action. If your claim is approved, the Company will either repair or replace the pressure transmitter at its option.

  • Shipping Costs

The Company will pay for the cost of shipping the pressure transmitter to and from the Company’s repair facility. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the pressure transmitter to the Company in the first place.

  • Limitations of Warranty

The Company’s warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for pressure transmitters manufactured and sold by the Company. The Company disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the pressure transmitter, at the Company’s option. The Company is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business, or property damage.

  • Governing Law

As the international sales rights of Hogller products are owned by Future Sky Equipment L.L.C, this warranty is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Changes to Warranty Terms

We reserve the right to update and modify our warranty terms at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated through our website.

  • Additional Notes

  • This warranty is void if the pressure transmitter is opened or tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
  • This warranty is not transferable.
