Standard Orders
You may cancel standard orders without penalty within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, you may still cancel your order, but you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply to custom-made products or special orders.Custom-Made Products and Special Orders
Custom-made products and special orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced. If you need to cancel a custom-made product or special order, you will be liable for all costs incurred by Hogller, including the total loss suffered by the Company. Goods subject to Special Orders cannot be canceled, and they shall be delivered to the Purchaser. Payment of the full price for these Goods shall be made to the Company as per the Conditions, notwithstanding any notice from the Purchaser attempting to cancel a Special Order.General Cancellation Provisions
The Company shall only accept cancellation of orders upon receipt of an undertaking that the Purchaser will pay any costs arising out of the cancellation.
