Sealed Gauge Reference Pressure (SG)

Sealed Gauge Reference Pressure (SG) is a type of pressure measurement where the reference side of the pressure sensor is sealed off from the environment. This creates a fixed reference point, typically close to atmospheric pressure, against which the measured pressure is compared. Unlike vented gauge pressure, which uses atmospheric pressure as a reference, SG provides a consistent and stable reference, even in varying atmospheric conditions.
