Unmatched Overpressure and Burst Pressure Resistance

The PX4 Pressure Transmitter from Hogller features an advanced micro-fused technology that enables it to withstand extreme overpressure and burst pressure conditions. This technology is responsible for the transmitter’s ability to withstand up to 3xFS of overpressure, ensuring its reliability and safety in demanding applications This exceptional performance is achieved without compromising the transmitter’s accuracy and reliability.

Overpressure Resistance:

  • For pressure ranges up to 50 bar: 3xFS
  • For pressure ranges of 50 to 750 bar: 2xFS
  • For pressure ranges of 750 to 1000 bar: 1.5xFS

Burst Pressure:

  • ≤ 5xFS (maximum of 2000 bar for pressure ranges greater than 400 bar)

The Hogller PX4 Pressure Transmitter is designed to withstand harsh environments, featuring exceptional vibration and shock resistance. It can tolerate a 20 g vibration within the frequency range of 20 Hz to 2000 Hz, ensuring its resilience in demanding applications.

The PX4 series pressure transmitter leverages a non-oil-filled design, eliminating the need for an internal sealing ring, thereby enhancing its reliability, simplifying maintenance, and expanding its compatibility with various applications. The wetted parts of the transmitter are meticulously crafted from stainless steel 17-4PH, a corrosion-resistant material that ensures the accuracy of pressure transmission. The isolation diaphragm, likewise, is made from the same material, maintaining pressure signal integrity.

The lack of oil filling in the transmitter eliminates the risk of oil leakage and contamination, further enhancing its reliability and safety.
