Compound Pressure Ranges
In pressure measurement, a compound pressure range refers to the ability of a single pressure sensor or gauge to measure both positive (above atmospheric pressure) and negative (below atmospheric pressure, also known as vacuum) pressures. This eliminates the need for two separate instruments, simplifying the measurement setup and reducing costs.
