Hysteresis
Hysteresis in pressure measurement is the difference in output readings at a specific pressure when approached by increasing and decreasing pressure cycles. The sensor cannot return to its original state after being subjected to varying pressures. This phenomenon is caused by the elastic deformation of the sensor’s pressure-sensitive element.
